Post 8 : Personal Opinions

Hi bloggers: Today's post is about personal opinions. In my case I'd like to talk about a topic that I 'm interested in : Immigrants.  This is a national issue nowadays considering the huge  number of people coming to settle down  in Chile. They have contributed with their own cultures, customs and habits sometimes for better  or for worse.  In recent weeks there's been a lot of discussion about the policies that are to be made in order to control and  standardise the process of immigration. What topic would you like to give your opinion about?  Use 250 words . Don't forget to leave  comments on my blog and on 3 of your classmates' ones. Cheers.

    I'm agree with the recent policies, but in the short term, while defining a thoughtful immigration policy.

    I know a lot of immigrant people from Latin America, the vast majority of them are very hardworking, who come from realities maybe a little harder than ours, but who recognize the achievements of the effort and perseverance.

    I don't have problems with immigrants. I think that everybody can come to this country and try to live in the way the want

    I think there is a lot of discrimination in Chile and immigrants live in deplorable conditions. something must be done!

    A new law is urgently needed to disengage the labor visa from the work contract, allowing a regular residence for anyone who undertakes a lawful work activity.

    I believe that immigrants should not be seen as a threat and that we should provide an opportunity and learn about their culture.

    I think the most important thing is to decentralize immigration so that it doen't concentrate on slums where there are already many problems

    the residency process needs to be faster so that immigrants can sign contracts and work legaly
